The Board of DXS International plc (the “Company”), the NEX quoted clinical decision support developer and supplier of clinical decision support systems has been notified that a company owned and controlled by the Chief Executive’s wife, has acquired 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 10p per share on 27 September 2019. The shares were purchased from Mr Ron Rhodes whose holding in the Company consequently falls to 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares constituting 5.62%.

Following the transaction specified above Mr Immelman interest, including those of persons closely associated with him, is 4,743,466 Ordinary Shares representing 13.33% of the issued share capital of the Company.
