Board Appointment
All Things Considered Group Plc (AQSE: ATC), the independent music company housing artist representation and music industry services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Stoker to the Board as an Executive Director (Director of Legal and Business Affairs) with immediate effect.
Emma was appointed Director of Business Affairs (sole counsel) in 2016, working as a key member of the senior leadership team overseeing all business and legal affairs of the Group and helped guide ATC through its Aquis listing in December 2021.
Following qualifying as a solicitor in 2004, after training at a leading media and entertainment law practice, Emma worked in private practice as a litigator for 10 years, principally in the music industry. Her clients included major record labels, publishers, executives, songwriters, performers and managers.
