Greencare Capital plc announces that, following the
The quorum for the AGM will be arranged by the Company to ensure that the meeting is quorate. Other Shareholders and their proxies should not attempt to attend the AGM in person as they will not be permitted to enter the venue.
Shareholders are therefore strongly encouraged to submit their votes by proxy in advance and to appoint "the Chair of the AGM" as their proxy. If a Shareholder appoints someone else as their proxy, that proxy will not be able to attend the meeting in order to cast the Shareholder's vote.
Shareholders wishing to raise any questions relating to the business of the AGM may do so by submitting them to the Chair of the AGM by email to info@greencare.capital in advance of the AGM. The Company will endeavour to publish and maintain an appropriate summary of responses on its website in advance of the AGM.
