Appointment of Chairman

Oberon Investments Group PLC, the Investment Management and Corporate Finance group based in the West End, announces the appointment of Mike Cuthbert as Chairman.  He succeeds The Hon. Alex Hambro, who steps back but remains a Non-Executive Director of the Group.  The handover of roles will conclude on Monday 20^th March 2023.

Mike has nearly 40 years' experience as an Investment Banking professional, most recently serving as Co-Head of Financials at Zeus Capital.  During his career, Mike has been active in advising management and boards of Asset and Wealth Management companies.

Mike has previously held Managing Director roles at Canaccord Genuity, where he was head of Financial Sales, Bridgewell Group, where he was one of the Founding Members and Charterhouse ING, where he was Head of Equity Sales. 

Mr. Cuthbert has no interest in the issued share capital of the company

Except as set out above, there is no further information regarding Mike Cuthbert that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 4.9 of the AQSE Growth Market Access Rulebook.
