Further to the Company's announcement released on 6 December 2018, Eight Capital has acquired 8,250,000 ordinary shares in Pelican House Mining plc (to be renamed Sport Capital Group plc) ("Pelican") representing 8.41 percent of the ordinary share capital of Pelican for a total of £40,500.
John Treacy is Non-executive Director of the Company and also non-executive director of Pelican.
The directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
