Altona (AIM: ANR) has been informed that, on 14 January 2019, Nick Lyth, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 4,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at an average price of 48.8125p.  Following this transaction, Mr Lyth is interested in 1,300 shares representing 0.08 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
