Notice of Cyber Security Incident

 

NFT Investments (AQSE: NFT), an incubator specialising in the market for non-fungible tokens ("NFTs"), reports that it is currently managing a cyber security incident after discovering a fraudulent phishing attack from an unknown external source on 9 January 2023.

 

The attack resulted in the loss of USD 250,000 of the Company's assets, which represents less than 1% of NFT's current Net Asset Value. The Board has seen no evidence that the financial performance of the Company has been impaired.

 

On becoming aware of the attack, NFT immediately implemented its incident response plan and will commission a 3rd party report to investigate the circumstances of the incident. Separately, the Company is examining additional technical precautions in its systems and controls in order to prevent a similar event from occurring in the future.

 

The Company will inform the market if there are any notifiable changes to the situation.
