 Notice of AGM and Confirmation of Dividend

 

 

The Board of Shepherd Neame wishes to announce a return our pre pandemic financial calendar with the AGM to be held on 28 October 2022. Further details of the AGM will be communicated in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to shareholders shortly.

 

At that time, the recommendation will be put forward for the payment of a final Dividend of 15p per share for the year ended 25 June 2022. If approved by shareholders the dividend will be paid on 28 October 2022 to holders of ordinary shares registered at the close of business on 14 October 2022.
