CHANGE OF AUDITOR

 

 

Shepherd Neame is pleased to announce that, following the conclusion of a formal tender process, the Board has appointed BDO LLP as its new auditor for the financial year ending 25 June 2021. The appointment of BDO LLP for the following financial year will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2021.

 

Deloitte LLP have resigned as auditors to the company and have confirmed that there are no matters connected with their resignation that they consider should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
