The Company announces that on 6 January 2021 Nigel Boardman, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased a further 2,078 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mr. Boardman now holds 11,348 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
