ISSUE OF SECURITIES

European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, NEX:EUR) (the Company) advises that 6,666,666 fully paid shares (the Shares) have been issued. 

 

In respect to the Shares, a total of 3,636,363 have been issued to Winance as announced on 5 March 2020. The full announcement can be seen at:

The balance of 3,030,303 shares have been issued to convert $90,909 of debt into equity. 

 

Application has been made for 6,666,666 shares to be admitted to trading on Aquis (Admission). Admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on or around 31st July 2020. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 668,959,875 ordinary shares of no par value, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  The above figure of 668,959,875 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
