ISSUE OF SHARES

The directors of Ace Liberty & Stone Plc ("Ace", the "Company") announce that they have issued a total of 7,970,638 Ordinary shares for a total consideration of GBP 238,972.

The directors of the Company also announce that Fadila Ghandour, the wife of director Ismail Ghandour, has gifted her entire holding of 4,571,200 Ordinary shares for no consideration to her adult daughter and as a result Fadila Ghandour no longer has a holding in the Company.

Finally the directors of the Company also announce that Ivan minter, a director of the Company, has disposed of 1,050,000 Ordinary shares for 3.1p per share. He retains 401,961 Ordinary shares representing 0.10% of the entire share capital of the Company.

The Company now has 421,704,854 Ordinary shares in issue.
