                       ("Early Equity" or the "Company")

              GBP250,000 Equity Subscription; Director's Interest

The Board of Early Equity is pleased to announce that the Company has completed
an equity subscription to raise GBP250,000 though the issue of 250,000,000 new
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 0.1 pence per share (the "Subscription"). The funds raised will be used by
the Company for working capital purposes.

As a result of the Subscription, the Company is aware of the following
significant shareholdings in the Company's enlarged ordinary share
capital:

Chua Siew Lian (Edwin), Executive Director of the Company, has subscribed for
50,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Subscription and now holds a total of
50,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.06 per cent of the issued share
capital of the Company.

Following completion of the Subscription, Early Equity has a total of
496,887,001 Ordinary Shares in issue.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Early Equity under the FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
