Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (ISDX: ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, today announces the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.00 noon on Thursday 29 October 2015 at Abchurch Communications, 125 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR. 

The Company also announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2015 has been published and copies have been posted to shareholders.
