On 4 November 2015, the Company awarded the following Ordinary Shares to its Executive Directors under the terms of the Shepherd Neame Limited Share Incentive Plan. The mid-price of Ordinary Shares at the close of business as at the date of award was £11.60. In accordance with the Rules of the Plan, the free shares are awarded and held in Trust for the Directors for a minimum period of three years.
