Issue of Equity

Early Equity Plc (ISDX: EEQP), is pleased to announce it has raised an additional £157,500 (before expenses) by way of a placing of 35,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each with its shareholders Chin Chin Sing, Dieh Siew Huat and Tee Soot Moi at a placing price of 0.45 pence (“Placing Price”) per new ordinary share (the “Placing”).

The proceeds of the placing will be used to further support the Company’s short term working capital requirements.

The 35,000,000 new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on ISDX Growth Market today,  15 December 2015.

Following the Placing, the issued share capital of the Company will increase to 631,887,001 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in Early Equity, or a change to their interest in the share capital of the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
