African Potash Limited ('African Potash' or 'the Company')

Further to the announcement of 30 November 2016, African Potash is pleased to provide the following updates with respect to its application for the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on the ISDX Growth Market ("ISDX").

The Company expects admission to trading on ISDX to be at 8 a.m on 7 December 2016. 

Additionally, the Company now expects that should trading in its shares on AIM be suspended on 8 December 2016 as a result of a replacement nominated adviser not being appointed by that date, trading in its shares on ISDX would not be suspended. 

The Company will provide further updates in respect of its application as and when required including should any of its current expectations change.
