Walls & Futures granted membership to the Social Stock Exchange
Walls & Futures REIT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has been granted membership to the Social Stock Exchange, society's market for impact investing, following the ratification of its impact report by the independent Admissions Panel.
The Social Stock Exchange provides access to Europe's only regulated exchange dedicated to businesses and investors seeking to achieve a positive social and environmental impact through their activities. The aim of the exchange is to help these businesses connect with investors and unlock capital at scale. All issuer member companies must meet a rigorous set of criteria before joining, including the publication of an Impact Report.
Joe McTaggart, chief executive of Walls & Futures REIT plc said
"Our membership of the Social Stock Exchange is important as it highlights and supports our mission to address the chronic under supply of social housing.
It also enables us to broaden our shareholder base to include those seeking to make a positive social impact through their investments."
