Break-up of Concert Party


Rutherford Health plc ("Rutherford" or the "Company"), formerly Proton Partners International Limited, announces that the members of the Concert Party, as described in the Company's NEX Exchange Growth Market Admission Document dated 25 February 2019 ("Admission Document"),  are no longer regarded by the Takeover Panel to be acting in concert.

The members of the former Concert Party are set out below: LF Equity Income Fund (formerly LF Woodford Equity Income Fund), Schroder UK Public Private Trust plc (formerly Woodford Patient Capital Trust plc) and Omnis Income & Growth Fund, each of which was previously managed by Woodford Investment Management Ltd, now has a different fund manager. The members of the former Concert Party hold the following number of Rutherford ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares").
