Purchase of Shares

Coinsilium Group Limited (NEX: COIN), the blockchain venture builder and investor that finances and manages the development of early-stage blockchain technology companies, is pleased to announce that on 12th September 2017 the Company completed the purchase of 5,000,000 of its shares at a price of 2.25 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury and in total there are now 5,000,000 shares in treasury. This purchase was made in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and with a board authority dated 27th July 2017.

The Company has also agreed to immediately sell up to a maximum of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of the 5,000,000 ordinary shares held in treasury at the same price of 2.25p and a further announcement will be made in due course when the sale is complete.

The Board is satisfied on reasonable grounds that immediately after the acquisition the value of the Company’s assets will exceed its liabilities and the Company will be able to pay its debts as they fall due.

The Company advises that, following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged at 111,487,831 ordinary shares. The total number of shares with voting rights is now 106,487,831. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
